Unlike other industries we are unable to rely solely on basic qualifications or competency tests. Operators are trained to understand the environmental issues arising from the work and the need for careful operations to reduce any negative impact on the environment.

To achieve minimal environmental disturbance, whilst ensuring the project remains on schedule, relies heavily on the choice of machinery used. Marsden AES operates a diverse range of well-maintained machinery, with many items being low ground pressure for use on sensitive sites. Before commencement on site each piece of machinery is fully checked and approved for use.
